Welcome to Purpose Discovery: an active learning process that will engage your passion and purpose to BECOME the highest inspiration in your life, to fully live from the heart, and offer a beautiful gift to the world.
Why this course? Discovering your purpose brings a sense of intimacy with life. Discovering your purpose means finding your unique place and knowing how to be of service to life. When we discover who we are at a deeper soul level, we can truly live our lives in an authentic way.
Course Design
This course is designed to engage several systems of the mind-body, including creativity, movement, logical reasoning, empathy, envisioning, and higher wisdom.
Over the course of 6 weeks, we will explore vision, values, gifts, essence, flow, resistance, and depth psychology to generate a clear and profound offering that is unique to YOU. You will be invited to connect with the deepest parts of Self through deep soul exploration and connection with others. This process may reveal your true mythopoetic identity and provide vital feedback to truly live from the heart. Remember: YOU are the medicine! You have a gift to share!
Course outcomes include:
Discover your Purpose – develop a clear mission, vision, passion and offering
Connection – receive empathy and helpful feedback on your purpose discovery journey
Integration – create a ‘roadmap’ of daily habits that will lead you to embody your purpose
Embodiment – practice movement and breathwork to feel the fullness of your whole body
Growth – prepare to discover your growth edge! purpose is dynamic, changing, expansive
Support – receive group support throughout the week, in addition to six 2.5 hour sessions
