As the day goes by, our minds can get busy, our bodies tense up and our nervous systems get activated.

Many of us rarely offer ourselves the gift of a pause to notice what is really present for us, to unwind and then recharge.

In these short, but efficient sessions, you will be gently guided through various centering practices that help you slow down, notice what is going in your mind and body, and find grounding to support you for the rest of the day.

You will also have a chance to connect with others, express what is alive for you and be welcomed just as you are.

You will leave feeling more spacious, more present to yourself and more open to others.
