Join Brian for the Guru Game, a fun interactive opportunity to share your inner wisdom.
We all have medicine to share. Our experiences have shaped a certain Truth that we each uniquely have.
We will start with a breathwork practice called Elemental Breathwork, a method Brian learned in Peru to connect to our elemental self, our true nature. We will then open the space for the Guru Game.
In the Guru Game, we are invited to embody our inner wisdom. In small groups, one person will choose to be “guru” first. The guru can close their eyes and get into their “higher self” – the place where wisdom resides. Others will take that time to think of questions to ask. The Guru can name a specific topic – for example, “I am the Guru of ____” or the Guru can leave it open for anything to be asked.
You may leave feeling more connected with others and with new insights to take into your LIFE!
No experience necessary and everyone is welcome!
