WELCOME

We’re excited to be offering members of the platform our first Online Connection Games Facilitator Training this spring.

If you have participated in our Connection Games events and wish to develop and practice your event design and facilitation skills, then we warmly welcome you to join us for this special training.

In this training, we offer you:

  • Expert guidance to design online authentic relating events that are highly interactive and engaging

  • Effective strategies and tools to facilitate a wide variety of authentic relating activities that can lead participants on a positive journey of self-discovery & authentic connection

  • Practical exercises and ice-breakers to build connection and community for online and offline events

  • Generous and empowering support from the facilitators as well as supportive peer coaching

  • Opportunity to learn through experience, by co-facilitating a Connection Games on the AR-GO platform after the training, along with a post-event debrief session

  • Our top tips for online event design and facilitation

In this experiential training, you’ll learn about content design as well as facilitation that can be applied to both in-person and virtual events. We’ll share our favorite strategies and tools that help create safe and inspiring spaces for meaningful connection and inner growth.

During the two weekends together, you’ll be guided through a design process for each of the essential elements of a Connection Games event. We’ll discuss the design framework, offer concrete examples, and provide valuable feedback on your facilitation and event design.

By the end of the training, you’ll leave with a clear and ready-to-go outline of a Connection Games, and the skills you need to start facilitating right away. In addition, you’ll gain the invaluable support system of the others in the training as well as the resources and mentorship provided by Riley & Solomon.

Please write to either of us if you have any questions regarding the training, here: support@ar-go.live

TESTIMONIALS

Riley and Solomon have a special place in my heart. I’m very grateful for the experiences I had in their facilitation/leadership training and games nights. I felt fully supported, honoured and appreciated in my most vulnerable self-expression. It has had a huge impact on my work in how I relate to my patients. Beautiful connections and relationships have been built as a result of these new skills.

-Kelly Sun, Nutritionist/dietitian dt.p.

For me, Solomon and Riley have the combined richness of experience, competence and heart to facilitate authentic relating activities. I feel their passion and admire their skills in modelling and leading. When I participate with them, I feel safe and in good hands to be vulnerably myself.

-Kathy Pescador, Life Coach

Riley, Solomon and team are phenomenal facilitators who I view as mentors. They host meaningful and empowering events, bring together a respectful community, and have provided me with tools to be authentic, show up fully, play with my edge, respect my limits, welcome vulnerability, own my experiences and speak my truth.
