Dear AR-GO community,

As we witness the emergence of spring all around us and the green of new life enveloping our corner of the world, we at AR-GO are reflecting on what we want to grow.

It’s been eight beautiful months together—filled with learning, mistakes, discovery, rupture, connection, and everything in between. Like the ducklings by the stream outside my home, our community has been taking its first steps, gathering confidence, while still trying to find its footing and its place in the world. 

As we’ve been contemplating all that we’ve experienced together, and envisioning all that we’d like our community to be, we’ve been reviewing input received over the last few months from community members around your greatest pains, fears, needs, and desires, how AR-GO is helping to address them, and where we can help even more.

Based on what we’ve heard from you so far, a picture of four member "types" has begun to emerge:

We are now looking for your input to:

  1. Check the accuracy of these types and refine them to be as closely aligned with our members’ unique needs as possible, and

  2. Elaborate on these types with stories and case studies for our upcoming e-book! 

The E-Book

Our vision for this book is to help us attract and connect with new members so that we can continue growing our community and our offerings in alignment with our values. At the same time, it will be an opportunity to recognize and celebrate our members and their stories, dreams, and accomplishments. Members will be profiled throughout the book as a means of introducing prospective members to the foundations of Authentic Relating and other personal and relational empowerment practices.
