Realness Project (RP) is a registered charity dedicated to transforming the culture of incarceration through the power of human connection. We inspire human growth and connection by delivering AR (Authentic Relating) programming to justice-involved people, including incarcerated men and women, correctional staff, parolees, and companies hiring the formerly incarcerated. Since its inception in 2018, RP has trained nearly 450 men and women in AR within the Colorado Department of Corrections, as well as creating and delivering hundreds of AR workbooks to prisons and jails throughout the US and Canada during the pandemic lockdowns. RP plans to serve over 5000 additional incarcerated men and women over the next four years.
