Who said that work has to be boring, alienating and full of tension? In fact, it has been proved that fun, creativity and meaningful connections elevate the quality and quantity of what we do at work. But how do we do that? This question is the clay we use in Playing with work! Fasten your seatbelt as we dive in an unconventional exploration of the opportunities and challenges that fill our professional lives, using practices from authentic relating, applied improvisation, liberating structures and more. Be ready to play with roles, to make up stuff, to face wicked questions, to solve puzzles, to listen deeply, to use your imagination, to explore alternative realities. Be open to share authentically what you are discovering and to hold the space for others to play, dare and make sense. We will stretch out the boundary of how we relate to our work, with the intention to create a more spacious, dynamic and opportunity-filled workplace.
