Cultivating Trust

Trust is an essential part of life.

A healthy relationship involves trust, which can include a feeling of confidence and security knowing that their partner cares about them. They may believe they can express themselves honestly and vulnerably, in-part because of an explicit or implicit set of agreements.

Trust can be extended to family and friendships, work colleagues, and other service contexts, like going to see a dentist. Trust can also extend further to include strangers, the economy, transportation, healthcare, technology, animals, and weather.

In this 2-hour session, we’ll gently explore our relationship with Trust, using curiosity, creativity, empathy, and appreciation.

Whether you feel open or closed, energized or tired, confident or insecure, optimistic or pessimistic, you are welcome to join. All parts of you are welcome in this process together. At Authentic Relating Go, we invite everyone to show up as they are and to respect their own boundaries.

When I show up and participate fully, I notice there is always a deeper appreciation for myself and others on the other side of these events, along with more clarity and confidence in my life choices going forward.

I hope to see you there.
