Soul-Body Midday Stretch

Starting the day with a sense of joy, vitality and connection is a powerful recipe for having an awesome day. We will begin with a gentle and meditative yoga flow. As we breathe deeply, our body opens up. We will pick up the intensity, and as a little sweat begins to flow, our nervous system finds its optimal balance. From this place, using interpersonal mindfulness practices, we will connect with another person. Feel your own presence, and feel theirs. Speak what is alive. Get their world. Share a timeless moment of connection. As we go through this early morning practice, our mind and heart become vast and receptive. We find that through the rest of the day we have more clarity. Life seems to find its flows at the right pace - even amidst chaos.
