Come play some Authentic Relating games while learning about how we use assumptions in our lives!
We are constantly making assumptions about ourselves and the world around us. And often, these assumptions are not even true! In this event, we will practice bringing awareness to our assumptions, separating them from our objective observations, and verifying if these assumptions are true.
Show up as you are, everything is welcome.
You will be invited to play, express yourself as you are, allow yourself to grow and learn, bring awareness to deeper parts of yourself (playful and not!), and connect with others.
You will also have the chance to practice vulnerability, honesty, listening and respect for yourself and others, all at a rhythm and pace that works for you.
