People need to be loved as they are, received with a quality of open hearted Presence. We don’t know what people need or what growth is for them. So what we can offer is a more welcoming presence and quality of listening that is supportive to their process regardless of what their process is like.

So how do we develop our capacity to welcome others?

By beginning with ourselves. Receiving ourselves and receiving others are both a practice of welcoming. Not trying to understand, just allowing it to happen. Not doing anything.  Allowing what is there to be exactly as it is. Leaning in, following it as it wants to unfold.

You will be invited to simply notice and describe what’s in your own awareness and witness and be witnessed through this exploration of the content of awareness that will journey from the impersonal, to the personal, to the interpersonal.

These 'games' are activities that will be interpersonal experiences. You will be invited to participate, express yourself as you are, allow yourself to grow and learn, bring awareness to deeper parts of  yourself and connect with others.  You will also have the chance to practice vulnerability, honesty, listening and respect for yourself and others, all at a rhythm and pace that works for you.
