How do you handle conflict in connection? Can you keep a level head? Or do you get triggered and attack or defend yourself?

In this event, we will be exploring what it's like to have "healthy conflict", and discuss how to go from angry to curious to open.

We will be practicing this theme through games based on the following steps:

  1. Recognize that you’re triggered

  2. Become present, and come out of reaction

  3. T.H.I.N.K. before you speak

  4. Connect on what happened. Seek to Understand and Be Understood.

  5. Ask for what you need, & collaborate on how to prevent this conflict in the future.

  6. Resolution beyond “I’m sorry” - Forgiveness & Love to Heal the wounds.

Join us to practice these steps with the hope that you will be able to take some of this home with you and use it in your own relationships.
