Want to start your day off filled with gratitude?

This hour and a bit, bi-weekly event is for us to come together, foster gratitude within ourselves, and connect with others around the theme of gratitude.

Gratitude is big and small – we can be grateful for our partner, family, or health, and we can be grateful for birdsong out our windows, a dream, or a cup of coffee.

It’s not always easy to tap into gratitude – especially when we’re stressed, exhausted, or worried about the future. But as Jack Kornfield says, gratitude isn’t limited to just the positive side of life.

“Gratitude does not envy or compare. Gratitude is not dependent on what you have. It depends on your heart. You can even find gratitude for your measure of sorrows, the hand you’ve been dealt. There is mystery surrounding even your difficulties and suffering. Sometimes it’s through the hardest things that your heart learns its most important lessons.”

* Please bring paper and a pen (or your favorite note-taking app) for a short journaling prompt.

* For now, this event is shorter than typical AR-GO events to allow us to spend time together in the morning and set the tone for our days.

Hosted by: Nick Ingrisani

* If you want to spread the love to those who you feel could benefit, please share this page.

Thanks for helping to bring more positive connections to the world!
