This is a special edition of the Conscious Connections event. Similarly to other special days of our lives (Christmas, New Years, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day), on this Father’s Day, come join us to share about what’s alive for you around this day and around this person; Dad….!
With all of our varied experiences that can come up around relationships with Fathers, father figures (no, I don’t mean a dad bod), wanting to father, missing a father, or whatever your reality is, this is an opportunity to share with others what comes up for you around this topic.
Do you seek to exchange on this topic in conscious ways using active listening, genuine curiosity, in a space where you can feel heard and seen?
If so, join us for some casual, yet conscious, connecting in Authentic Relating spirit!
We will start with a reminder of our guidelines, a check-in, then we will then transition to one or two breakout groups to allow space for whatever you feel called to bring to the table and share on this topic of Fathers.
As always, you are invited to show up fully as you are, lean into your relational edge, bring awareness to deeper parts of yourself and connect more deeply with others. You will also have the chance to practice vulnerability, honesty, listening and respect for yourself and others, all at a rhythm and pace that works for you, in a safer, supported context.
Bring a tea or coffee, get comfortable and join us for a cozy couple of hours of Conscious Connecting where I hope we all leave with our hearts a little more full.
