Embodied Relating in Global Presence: A 4-week closed-group series
What if deep and authentic connection was possible—beyond borders, beyond screens?
A few years ago, I longed for a space where I could connect in a real, meaningful way. I searched for it in my physical surroundings but couldn’t find what I needed. So, I took a leap—I enrolled in practitioner trainings, hoping to create something nourishing in my local community. But instead of leading in-person, I discovered something unexpected:
✨ The magic of global connection online. ✨
Far from limiting, the screen became a portal—allowing me to drop deeper into presence, explore embodiment in new ways, and connect across cultures in ways I never imagined.
I recently moved away from the place that initially left me feeling isolated, and I carry with me immense gratitude—for that very solitude nudged me to create spaces where anyone, anywhere, could truly feel seen, felt, and connected.
This series is an invitation.
An invitation to experience presence in a way that transcends distance—to feel the depth of embodied connection across time zones and borders.
Over four immersive sessions, we will explore:
🌍 Grounded presence – Staying deeply connected to your own body and space while engaging meaningfully with others on screen.
🏡 The impact of environment – How your surroundings, both micro (your room) and macro (your geography), influence your presence and connection.
🔗 Beyond the screen – Inviting your physical space, objects, and even other beings (pets, plants, sounds) into the experience of online connection.
🗺️ Our shared and unique contexts – Exploring cultural, linguistic, and geographical influences in the ways we relate and communicate.
How We’ll Explore Together:
🦋 Ecosomatics – Engaging our senses, deepening awareness, and embodying presence through movement and environment.
🗣 Authentic Relating – Deep listening, honest sharing, and connecting in small and large groups.
🎨 Creativity & Play – Experimenting with how we show up online, making virtual connection more meaningful and alive.
