We bring you Casual Connecting, Holiday Edition - do you seek to exchange in conscious ways using active listening, genuine curiosity, in a space where you can feel heard and seen, especially during this holiday season?
Do you want to spend time with other community members during this time?
If so, join us for some casual, yet conscious, connecting in Authentic Relating spirit!
We have decided to dedicate our time together to providing an outlet for you to share how your Holiday experience has been going... We'll make room for all the feelings that can come up; the highs and lows, the joys and sorrows that this particular holiday can evoke.
You are invited to join us in your PJ's or ugly/beautiful sweater or other Holiday wear, accompanied with your fav holiday bevy; hot coco, egg nog, etc... we'll have a chance to unpack whatever is going on for us in an atmosphere of genuine love, support and understanding.
We will use our Authentic Relating skills such as owning our experiences, practicing curiosity, active listening, playing in our growth zone, and speaking our needs and desires, to name a few.
As always, you are invited to show up fully as you are, lean into your relational edge, bring awareness to deeper parts of yourself and connect more deeply with others. You will also have the chance to practice vulnerability, honesty, listening and respect for yourself and others, all at a rhythm and pace that works for you, in a safer, supported context.
