Connection Games: Self-care in relationship

Flower-Heart-Spring.jpeg

Transformation of the world, of our organizations, of my relationships, asks for the transformation of myself, of ourselves.
- Ria Baeck

In this session, we’ll co-create a space for our unfolding truth and relational authenticity: welcoming what we feel and how to be available to others in what they want and feel, while exploring & honoring our boundaries.

At our Connection Games, you will be invited to lean into your relational edge, bring awareness to deeper parts of yourself and connect more deeply with others. You will also have the chance to practice vulnerability, honesty, listening, and respect for yourself and others, all at a rhythm and pace that works for you, in a safer, supported context.

Through these practices, we can gain inner freedom and confidence to show up more fully in our lives and relationships, and in so doing, empower others to do the same.

As always, the number one guideline is to honor yourself. That means taking care of yourself: not doing or saying anything you don't want to. And the number one reminder is that whatever your experience is, it’s welcome.

All levels of experience are welcome.
