Connection Games: How to Not Take Things Personally

When someone makes a comment, or doesn’t make a comment, do you take it personally?

Do you feel hurt when others say things about you that you don’t like?

I do …

And, I don’t always have to, because it isn’t always about me! Why do I let people get under my skin? What’s going on inside me that takes things so dang personally?!

Join me on Friday evening to connect with others around this topic, and do some exploring and learning about how we can start taking things less personally, and perhaps live with a little more freedom.

At our Connection Games you will be invited to play, show up fully, lean into your relational edge, bring awareness to deeper parts of yourself and connect more deeply with others. You will also have the chance to practice vulnerability, honesty, listening and respect for yourself and others, all at a rhythm and pace that works for you, in a safer, supported context.

No experience necessary and everyone is welcome!
