Connection Games: Empathy

On my life journey, I have found again and again that what fuels and inspires me is empathy.

Empathy is our capacity to enter the world of another person, to notice or even feel their feelings, see their perspective, and care for their well-being. And it's a powerful force in our relationships.

As Carl Rogers said, receiving empathy feels "damn good". Not only that, I think, it can also blow the mind of the person who gives empathy. So it's a win-win!

And you know what the good news is? You can actually practice empathy. Wanna have a go at that? Join me (Floris) on this Connection Games journey, where we will play Authentic Relating Games designed to support us in exploring our natural capacity to open our hearts and minds ever further.

No experience necessary and everyone is welcome!
