Join us on Monday evening to connect with others around this topic, exploring some of what might stand in the way of fully accepting yourself, and what it would look like to accept yourself more fully.
Our hope it that you gain precious awareness that can ultimately help you increase your sense of inner peace.
At our Connection Games you will be invited to play, show up fully, lean into your relational edge, bring awareness to deeper parts of yourself and connect more deeply with others. You will also have the chance to practice vulnerability, honesty, listening and respect for yourself and others, all at a rhythm and pace that works for you, in a safer, supported context.
No experience necessary and everyone is welcome!
