Resiliency Rising: What we can do when ‘shit happens’

resilience 2. (for description).jpg

The truth is, as vulnerable human beings, there are those occasions where, in the face of undesirable life experiences, we do get hurt, we do feel sad, we do experience pain.

The question is; how do we handle the inevitable hardships in our lives?

Sometimes we respond adaptively… and sometimes not… both of which can have a tremendous impact upon our well-being.

In this workshop, we’ll bring awareness to our typical life stressors and our typical reflex responses to them.

We’ll also explore how we can refine our response repertoire from the rigid and repetitive to the life-affirming and adaptive.

By bringing compassion to those parts of ourselves that are no longer serving us, we can improve upon how we respond when things go wrong…
