Summary: Most of us were taught not to interrupt someone when they were speaking. But what happens when the person you are speaking to doesn’t stop?

We could lose connection with the person, and it could be hard to stay present or even be exhausting. In our practice, we will learn about interrupting a conversation with empathy to stay connected with the person to build better relations.

The AR games/ exercises are an easy and fun way to help us experience deeper connections, learn how to express empathy, see the world through the eyes of others, and understand ourselves better.

Who would benefit from this practice: partners, family members, those who want help connecting with others (friendships), professionals who have trouble working with team members, and team leaders who are trying to make an impact.

Authentic Relating Games

Authentic Relating games (exercises) help us experience deeper connections, see the world through the eyes of others, and understand ourselves better.  Our practice aims to teach the skills necessary to quickly create deep, meaningful human connections.  Using the tools of Authentic relating can help us be vulnerable and reveal what’s happening in order to be in connection with the other person.
