AR- Games-  Unintentional gaslighting and what to say instead

Summary:   Gaslighting is a colloquial phrase, loosely defined as manipulating someone into questioning their perception of reality or experience. However, it can be used unintentionally by anyone.

Unintentional gaslighting can negatively impact a person’s relationships, if done repeatedly.

To avoid causing harm to others, it's helpful to be aware of the common phrases used in gaslighting and to choose alternative or supportive language.

Join us for this authentic relating practice as we learn supportive phrases/ language to help us avoid unintentional gaslighting.

About Mike: Mike has taught Nonviolent Communications for many years and facilitated authentic relating. He is eager to facilitate authentic relating exercises in order to help people use these tools to improve their lives.
