AR- Games - Love Languages
This workshop uses Authentic Relating tools to help participants explore their personal love languages—we give and receive love, affection, and connection. Based on Dr. Gary Chapman’s book The 5 Love Languages, this is a journey of self-discovery aimed at deepening relationships through greater understanding.
The why for you:
An understanding of which love languages they resonate with when giving and receiving connection (it may be more than one!).
Insight into how these preferences shape their relationships and interactions.
How We’ll Get There:
Engaging Authentic Relating practices designed to reveal personal love language tendencies.
Interactive discussions and exercises to deepen self-awareness and relational skills.
Who would benefit from this practice: partners, family members, those who want help connecting with others (friendships).
About Mike: Mike has facilitated Authentic Relating and Nonviolent Communications for some time. He is eager to facilitate authentic relating exercises in order to provide impact on people's lives.
Authentic Relating (AR) is the practice of speaking in alignment with our inner feelings, desires, and emotions in connection with others’, so that we can weave a more rich and truthful human experience.
We practice Authentic relating by participating in games, also known as exercises.
The AR games offer a simple and enjoyable way to help us form deeper connections, increase our ability to provide empathy, see the world from others’ perspectives, and gain a better understanding of ourselves—all contributing to a more enriching life.
We'll engage in several games designed to help us practice deeper connections with others.
