On Friday, we will dive into Connection Games in French!

You will be invited to play, show up fully, lean into your relational edge, bring awareness to deeper parts of  yourself and connect more deeply with others.  You will also have the chance to practice vulnerability, honesty, listening and respect for yourself and others, all at a rhythm and pace that works for you, in a safer, supported context. 

My hope is you will leave this session feeling both closer to yourself and more available to others.
